  • What is the Global Fan Package for SMDC Festival Grounds?
    The Global Fan Package offers an exclusive and premium concert experience for international fans. It includes hotel accommodation, concert tickets, merchandise, transportation, and other special perks to ensure an unforgettable experience.

  • What is included in the Global Fan Package?
    Concert Tickets:
    Two (2) SVIP Seated 
    3D/2N Hotel Accommodation:
    Hyatt Regency Hotel or Nobu Hotel w/ Standard Room. 
    Room type: King Bed or Twin Bed (depends on availability)
    Check In: April 17, 2026, at 2 PM
    Check Out: April 19, 2026, at 12 NN
    Dining: Complimentary daily buffet breakfast for two (2) adults and two (2) children at The Café, City of Dreams.
    In-Room Refreshments: A curated Maxibar selection replenished once per day upon consumption.
    Exclusive Benefits: A 20% discount at participating City of Dreams establishments. *Please present your official order confirmation document at the time of purchase.
    Concert Merchandise: Free exclusive Global Fan Package merchandise
    Transportation: Round-trip Bus Shuttle from the hotel to the SMDC on the concert day.

  • How much are the Global Fan Packages?
  • ₱63, 990.00 
    Prices are exclusive of ticketing charges (5%)

  • Is there a limit to the availability of the Global Fan Packages?
    Global Fan Packages are available in limited quantities. Once they are sold out, international patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets directly through SM Tickets.

🛂 Eligibility & Verification


  • Who can purchase the Global Fan Package?
  • To purchase the Global Fan Packages, at least one participant must qualify as an international patron. This includes individuals who have one of the following types of identification:

    • International passport.

    • Working permit/visa from another country

    • Resident ID or Resident Visa

    • International driver's license

    • OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) ID

    • For Seafarers, Seaman’s book

  • Identity will be verified during the hotel check-in. If the ID submitted does not match the individual checking in, it may result in the cancellation of the booking.


  • Can I avail the Global Fan Package even though I live in the Philippines?
    This package is available for international fans outside the Philippines.

💳 Reservation & Payment


  • How do I purchase the Global Fan Package?

    • How to Reserve

      1. Visit the official booking site and click “Reserve Now.”

      2. Select your desired package. Only one (1) package may be selected per reservation. Note: Orders with more than one (1) package will be cancelled.

      3. Provide the required information:

        • Full legal names of Guests 1 and 2

        • Nationalities of Guests 1 and 2

        • Address of Guest 1 (International patron)

        • Primary email address of Guest 1

        • Primary contact number of Guest 1

        • Passport number or OWWA ID number or Visa/Work Permit number of Guest 1

      • After completing all required fields, enter your card details (Visa or Mastercard) and click Submit.

    • What happens next:

      • You will be redirected to a confirmation page acknowledging your reservation, along with a link to upload your verification documents.

      • Your slot will be temporarily reserved while our team reviews your documents.

      • Once verification is complete, the full payment will be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your authorized card.

        • Note: In the event that all slots are sold out, your reservation may be cancelled. 

      • A final confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

      • All sales are final once payment is confirmed. Slots are non-transferable and non-refundable.


  • Will I get a guaranteed slot once I complete the verification and payment process?
    Your slot is guaranteed once the verification and payment process is completed. 
    Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited availability of these packages, no further slots will be released once all existing orders have been processed.

  • What if my payment is not going through?
    We only accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. If you're facing issues, please check with your bank, as some restrictions may be preventing the transaction from processing.

  • Can one (1) international fan buy more than one (1) Global Fan Package?
    Due to limited availability, there is a limit of one (1) package per person. 
    Transactions with two (2) or more reservations or duplicate purchases will be cancelled.


🎤 Concert & Ticket Details


  • Can I choose my desired seats?
    For SVIP Seated Tickets: You will receive a random SVIP ticket. Please note that specific rows cannot be guaranteed.

  • Will I be seated with my companion during the concert?
    For SVIP Seated tickets - The 2 guests will sit beside each other. These tickets will place you in GFP designated sections. Please note that specific rows cannot be guaranteed, and seat numbers are randomized.

  • Is it okay to give away my concert ticket?
    The primary ticket holder may choose to give away their ticket. But all the benefits of the package can only be enjoyed by the primary guest (international patron). However, 1Z Entertainment is not liable for any losses, and we will not be responsible for replacing the ticket under any circumstances.

  • Can a pregnant woman attend the concert?
    A pregnant woman may attend the concert at her discretion, but is not allowed inside the standing areas. However, we strongly recommend consulting with a doctor before attending.

  • Can we avail of senior citizen or PWD discounts for the global package?

  • We are unable to offer additional discounts for senior citizens or PWDs on the Global Fan Packages. These packages have been designed to offer the best value and the lowest rates we can provide.


🏨 Hotel & Logistics


  • Do I need to arrange my own flight and visa?
    You must arrange your own flight and obtain any necessary visas. The Global Fan Package only provides hotel stay, concert tickets, and transportation between the hotel and the SMDC Festival Grounds.

  • Do you provide travel insurance?
    Travel insurance is not included in the package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and covering any related expenses.

  • What is included in the transportation for the Global Fan Package?
    The Global Fan Package includes round-trip transportation from the hotel to the SMDC Festival Grounds on concert day. Airport transfers are not included.

  • How do I receive my Global Fan Package benefits (e.g., concert tickets, merchandise, transportation)?
    Upon arrival at the hotel, you will receive your concert tickets, merchandise, and other inclusions. Further instructions on how to access your exclusive benefits will be provided at the hotel.

  • What if I arrive after check-in time?

  • Reservations are guaranteed and rooms will be held regardless of arrival time. Official check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Guests expecting a very late arrival are encouraged to notify the hotel in advance.

  • Will there be an itinerary for the day of the concert?

  • A strict itinerary will be followed on the day of the concert. The itinerary will be provided to you one week before the event via the email address you provide during your purchase.

  • Can I skip the round-trip shuttle to SMDC Festival Grounds and arrange my own transportation?

  • You may choose to skip the shuttle; however, please note that the round-trip shuttle to SMDC Festival Grounds is non-refundable.

  • Can I arrange dietary restrictions at the hotel?

  • If you have specific food allergies or dietary restrictions, you will need to arrange these directly with the hotel upon check-in.

  • What if I want to extend my stay?

  • You can directly coordinate your stay extension with the hotel. Availability of the room is not guaranteed.


  • Can I book an extra day ahead of the booked hotel dates?

  • Please directly coordinate with the hotel to arrange an additional day. Please note that room availability is not guaranteed.


👥 Guest & Companion Policies


  • What happens if the international patron (Guest 1) cannot attend, but Guest 2 can?
    The ticket for the international patron (Guest 1) is non-refundable; however, Guest 2 can still utilize the package and attend the concert, provided that Guest 1 issues an authorization letter for Guest 2.

  • If both guests are unable to attend, both tickets will be considered non-refundable.
    Global Packages (tickets, accommodation, transportation, and all other perks) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • What if there are three of us going to the concert? How can I pay for the third person?
    You may coordinate directly with the hotel to arrange an additional room or extra beds, though availability is not guaranteed. Alternatively, you can purchase additional tickets through SM Tickets. But the third person is not included in all package benefits, such as free breakfast, transportation, etc.

  • Do I have to submit the name of my companion right away? What if I decide to come with someone else? Can I change the name of my companion?
    You will need to submit the name of your companion (Guest 2) at the time of booking. However, if you wish to change the name of your companion, you can do so on the day of check-in by making the arrangement directly with the hotel.

  • I plan to travel solo. Can I avail of the package and leave the "Guest 2" name blank?

  • A solo guest may avail the package; however, you will need to submit the name of your companion (Guest 2) at the time of booking. If you're traveling solo, please input your own name for Guest 2.

  • I plan to travel solo. Do you have a package for one person?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer a package for one person. All packages are designed for two people due to the limited availability of packages.

  • Can I ask a family member to stay in the hotel and watch over our kids while we attend the concert?

  • The package includes accommodations for 2 adults and 2 kids. For additional guests, please make arrangements directly with the hotel.
